Conference Resolutions
Standing Rule 4 in the 2006 Journal
B) All resolutions not printed in the pre-conference booklet shall be submitted to the Committee on Resolutions at least thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the Annual Conference Session. The chair shall submit to the Annual Conference, in their original form, all resolutions so submitted. .In addition, the committee may present to the Annual Conference for consideration a revised version of any such resolution. All resolutions presented to the Annual Conference must identify the sponsoring group of the resolution or if submitted by individuals, ten supporting signatures must accompany the resolution. All submitted resolutions shall be typed and copy-ready. Deadline: May 11, 2007
Display Space
Display space is available only to entities officially connected to the Tennessee Conference. Space is limited. Contact Vicki Sharber at the Tennessee Office of Connectional Ministries if you would like to reserve display space. 615-329-1177 or 1-800-403-5795. Deadline May 14, 2007
Visual Materials
Videos and CDs to be used during a session must be sent to Bill Freeman by May 29, 2007. Deadline May 29, 2007 .
Group Meals
Space is limited and reservations are on a first come first served basis. Contact Sally Simpkins at Ssimpkins@bumc.net or Tom Blose at Tblose@bumc.net. Deadline: June 1, 2007
Child Care
Childcare will be available at Brentwood UMC for children up to 6 years old.
